What you need- In our signature Bounce class we use a Jumpsport Fitness trampoline. No trampoline, no problem. Our Barre workouts can be done using little to no equipment at all.
For Bounce - We typically use hand weights (2lbs-8lbs) & ankle weights (1-3lbs) & sometimes a long resistance tube.
For Barre - Small weights 1-3lbs, a small bouncy ball, a booty band (loop band), & sometimes a long resistance tube.
We recommend purchasing a high quality mini trampoline for our signature Bounce class. Jumpsport is the brand we love .
