How it Works..

Sign up for classes at least 2 hours in advance

Make sure you have a Zoom account - get one HERE

Sign up and pay for the classes that you plan to attend on our SCHEDULE page.

You will be emailed a Zoom link and password an hour before class begins.

If you need to cancel, please do so 3 hours prior to the start of class to not lose your class credit.

Need the flexibility to workout on your own schedule? Join our On-Demand studio.

Master our BOUNCE BASIC series, then move to our weekly challenge classes. The weekly challenge is recorded in a class from our local Tallahassee studio. The new weekly bounce combo class will be rotated in each week, so you’ll always have fresh content to move your body in new ways. Join us and get the boutique studio experience whenever and wherever you’re bouncing.

Glo clients - can use any active pass for live virtual classes.
